Laken has several years of experience in the media field. Using her passion for technology and media, she works to publish resources and develop courses.
 
Laken has a degree in journalism from West Virginia University. Prior to joining BioInteractive, she worked as a media coordinator at the World Bank, where she helped arrange services for clients and edit videos.
