
Pamela Pape-Lindstrom
Pamela Pape-Lindstrom has been the Dean of STEM at Harford Community College (HCC) since 2017. Pape-Lindstrom received a PhD in biology from the University of South Carolina. She taught in community colleges for twenty years and developed courses in sustainability and systems thinking. Pape-Lindstrom has served as a participant and leader in two national STEM education transformation efforts, the Faculty Institutes for Reforming Science Teaching II (FIRST II) and the Partnership for Undergraduate Life Sciences Education (PULSE). Pape-Lindstrom has had past NSF support for research in biology education. As of 2021, she is a co-PI on a grant to improve access to biotechnology certificate and degree programs for underrepresented students at HCC.
